ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

SEPTEMBER 12, 2011

1:00P.M.          Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Ellen W.

                        Abelson, Richard B. Gorden and Mark J. Mazur.

1.   The Board signed a CP-1 Community Preservation Surcharge Report.

2.   The Board discussed the removal of a house lot from a parcel currently

      in classified land so that the owners grandchild can build a house. The

      Board discussed a partial lien release for the subdivided lot and the lack

      a plan  recorded at the registry.

3.   The Board reviewed the draft of a request to the state for special

      permission under MGL Chapter 58 Section 8 to abate the FY 2009 and

      FY 2010 taxes of a homeowner. The Board made some revisions to the

      request and then signed it.

4.   The Board discussed the possible taxation of two exempt properties that

      may be using part of their properties for taxable purposes.

5.   The Board decided to hold their next Board meeting on Monday,

      September 26, 2011 at 1:00P.M.
